No exception to this policy may be granted by any individual at Buzzspear.

Buzzspear prohibits the advertising or promotion of buzzspear.com, or any Buzzspear service, product, page or link, through unsolicited bulk email, unsolicited commercial email, or any other form of unsolicited electronic messaging.

Specifically, the following are prohibited:

  • Using automated bulk-sending, mass-mailing or cold-email-sequencing platforms to promote buzzspear.com or any Buzzspear page
  • Purchasing, renting, licensing or otherwise acquiring mailing lists for the purpose of promoting Buzzspear
  • Harvesting, scraping or compiling email addresses from websites, directories, social platforms or any other source for the purpose of bulk promotional messaging

We do not operate an affiliate programme, referral-payment programme or reseller programme, and we do not authorise any third party to promote Buzzspear through electronic messaging of any kind.

3. How Buzzspear does contact people

Buzzspear does not conduct cold email campaigns. Business development is conducted through referrals, inbound enquiries, and direct conversations in which the other party has asked to be contacted.

Where we send business email, it is:

  • Composed and sent individually by a named person at Buzzspear
  • Sent from a Buzzspear mailbox that clearly identifies the sender and the company
  • Sent to a recipient with an existing relationship with Buzzspear, an inbound enquiry, a referral, or an explicit request to be contacted
  • Sent without link shorteners or redirect domains
  • Sent without click tracking or link rewriting

We do not use bulk-sending platforms, mail-merge campaigns or automated sequencing tools to promote our website.

4. Your right to stop receiving messages

Any person may ask Buzzspear to stop contacting them, for any reason or no reason, at any time. No explanation is required.

To stop receiving messages from Buzzspear, either:

We act on these requests immediately upon receipt and permanently. The address is recorded internally so that it is not contacted again by anyone at Buzzspear. We do not require confirmation steps, do not send follow-up messages to confirm the request, and do not re-contact an address after a request has been made.

5. Reporting a violation

If you have received a message that you believe breaches this policy — whether it came from Buzzspear, from someone claiming to represent Buzzspear, or from a third party promoting a Buzzspear link — please report it to:

shourya@buzzspear.com

Where possible, please include the full message headers and the full message body, as these let us identify the actual sender. Reports are reviewed by the founder directly.

On receiving a credible report we will:

  2. Stop the sending
  3. Add the recipient to our internal do-not-contact record
  4. Where a third party is responsible, terminate the relationship and withdraw any authorisation to reference Buzzspear
  5. Where our domain has been forged or spoofed by a party unconnected to us, report it to the relevant provider

6. Enforcement

Breach of this policy by an employee or contractor is a disciplinary matter and may result in termination of employment or engagement. Breach by any partner, agency or third party will result in immediate termination of the relationship.

7. Domain and link integrity

buzzspear.com is a static website with no content management system, no plugins, no user accounts, no login area and no user-upload capability.
